Everybody reads new rules here

1. GL is the highest rank. GL must be aware that s/he will not get any further promotion bigger than that.

2. From Co-GL up must stay in network at least 30 hours/week or 4 hours/day.

3. Each group is allowed to has maximum of 4 Co-GLs. GL - First Co-GL - Second - Third - Fourth - Member++, Member+, Member.
