Many of the revisions being made by this Final Rule will result in the redesignation of several sections and subsections of the regulations. In order to prevent confusion when providing citations in this discussion, the Department will provide, when appropriate, both the current citation (the citation prior to the effective date of this Final Rule) and the new citation (the citation that will apply on and after the effective date of this Final Rule).
